You join my live, interactive, science-based cooking classes where I demonstrate easy, delicious, and nutrient-dense recipes based on the Mediterranean Diet that can be prepared in 1 hour or less. While I cook, I provide tips and information on improving gut and overall health. We have time for Q & A and you receive the recipes and recordings. Find out more here.
2. COACHING - Get New Perspective on Mental and Whole Health
We enter into a coaching relationship where I help you and/or your family reach your health goals one step at a time. I help uncover the wisdom you already carry and guide you to see and connect the dots between gut, stress, mood, and behavior.
