In my practice based in Lexington, MA, I offer education and coaching to families as well as to the institutions and professionals who support them. I teach, empower, and motivate you to get new perspective on your parenting, work, and health. Together, we explore and set goals mindfully as we look at challenges from a new angle and reflect on the meaning and function of children's behavior from their point of view. My holistic approach is grounded in child development theory, with emphasis on culture and context, the brain-gut connection, and food as medicine. Our work together is informed by the latest research in psychology, education, neuroscience, medicine, and nutrition.
Are you ready to learn how to ask the right questions; observe with new eyes; practice empathy, curiosity, and creativity; and use your time, attention, and knowledge of self and other to build strong relationships and promote positive change in learning, development, and mental health? In our work together, we analyze and integrate the information and wisdom you already carry so new connections can emerge to inform your parenting or practice.
