Hi, I’m Dr. Anastasia Galanopoulos, also known as Dr. G.

Because I’m an educator at heart, it’s become my life’s mission to educate others about the connection between the gut, brain, and mind, and how food can help reverse many of the challenging symptoms you or your loved ones are suffering.

Going back to cooking my own family recipes of classic Greek food, I went from feeling tired, anxious, and overwhelmed to feeling more energetic, less stressed, and hopeful, and you can too.
I’ve designed these science-based cooking classes based on the Mediterranean Diet to show you not only how to cook nutrient-dense food quickly and simply but also to provide you with scientific knowledge about the synergistic power of the ingredients.

Cooking can be not only enjoyable but also therapeutic. That is why I’ve gathered these time-honored practices and created cooking classes so that you can learn about the benefits of putting together nutrient-dense foods but also embrace the mindful practice of cooking with all the people you love.

It brings me joy to teach you all I know and to create excitement for the therapeutic role of nutrient-dense food in every household and school.
