This is an education and support group walking you through the latest in brain research and time-tested best practice principles. Focus is on building strong relationships that can withstand challenging times and help support happy and healthy lives. We discuss development from infancy to adolescence and emerging adulthood, with special focus on the individual age group and topics of interest to group participants. Topics include but are not limited to sleep, nutrition, limit-setting, learning, anxiety and depression, self-control, self-esteem, and the importance of cultural values. Weekly sessions for 6 weeks.
